
Team Training Built for Cheer Squads and Athletic Groups
Our group classes deliver sport-specific conditioning and injury prevention education designed for teams that train together. Every session is programmed to match the physical demands of your sport and the current phase of your season.
We work extensively with cheerleading teams at every level — from youth all-star to college varsity. Programming includes stunt group conditioning, tumbling power development, flexibility training, and targeted injury prevention drills for the most common cheer-related injuries.
Team discounts are available for full stunt groups and team parents. Sessions can be held at our Miami facility or at your practice location. Contact us to build a custom plan for your team.
